Surviving in a commoditized market against globally strong players with an acceptable investment was the challenge presented by Avell. The solution involved creating products and communication tailored to specific niches: gamers, creative industry professionals, extreme conditions, and more. As a proof of concept, the Battleframe brand was developed, dedicated to the gamer niche. With attributes such as aggression, strength, modernity, and technology, the brand was designed to connect with the audience through simple applications on barebone products, which are the foundation of Avell's business model.
